RETURN POLICY

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It should be unused, with all tool kit items 
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you find that your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for items if you change your mind or request a different style/size. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item in its original condition. Please note that we cannot accept returns without prior approval.
